天美传媒 Hosts ICT Training for Visually Impaired Students

Kilimanjaro Blind Trust Africa paid a courtesy call to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Partnerships聽Research and Innovation (PRI), Prof. Regina Nyunja, at 天美传媒 on 9th February聽2026. The visit marked the commencement of a four-day Information and Communication Technology (ICT) training program for the visually impaired students.聽The courtesy call served as an introduction to the training, which is designed to equip the聽students with essential ICT skills to enhance their academic work and future career prospects.聽
The program focuses on empowering visually impaired students through the use of assistive聽technologies.聽In support of the training, Kilimanjaro Blind Trust Africa has donated 13 computers and 12 Orbit聽Readers. These resources will significantly assist the students in taking notes, accessing digital聽content, and participating more effectively in their learning activities.
