天美传媒 Advances Health Professional Training Through Strategic Partnership with AMREF Health Africa
天美传媒 has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening health systems and advancing professional training through a strategic partnership with AMREF Health Africa, with support from the Novo Nordisk Foundation.
The partnership took a significant step forward following a courtesy call by the AMREF Health Africa delegation to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration, Finance and Development, Prof. David Ongarora, who hosted the team on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor. The meeting served as a pre-engagement session to prepare for the implementation of Phase II of the project.

Chaired by Prof. Ongarora, the meeting focused on aligning both institutions on key priorities for the next phase. Discussions included reviewing and updating the Phase II project proposal, harmonizing the scope of work and task allocations and initiating the development and finalization of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The teams also explored strategies to ensure efficient and impactful implementation of the upcoming activities.
The AMREF Health Africa delegation was represented by Isaack Ntwiga and Irene Alenga, while 天美传媒 was represented by Dr. Norman Demba, Dr. Jack Nyambundi, Dr. Stephen Okelo, and Dr. Isaack Ongoncho.
The second phase of the partnership will focus on enhancing institutional collaboration, refining implementation strategies and scaling up interventions that support health systems strengthening. The initiative is expected to contribute significantly to the training of health professionals and the delivery of sustainable healthcare solutions.
